As Rx’d 3×185 2×195 1×205 3×195 2×205 1×215(f) For how 2×205 felt I was sure I had 215 missed the lockout on the dip Need Faster arms next time
failed on 215. got 210 x 2. definitely wasn’t pretty though.

Completed workout at 100 lbs for 3. First time heavy for push jerk. Can go heavier next time.

70×5/75×5/80×3/85×1 Mostly worked on technique due to a very weak shoulder. Really need to start building strength in it again.
