Changed this up a bit as jerk not happening yet……
High hang/hang/full clean
Got to 60 with the high hang, got a bit much on the wrist/thumb at that point, so carried on with the other 2 movements until 75.
Think I could power more, it’s keeping the hand do long in that position with weight right now that is the issue…..still moving in the right direction
