A.  Practice handstand walks or progressions for 10 minutes.

B.  3 Rounds for reps of:
1:00 Dumbbell Step-ups – 45#/30#/hand to 24”/20”
1:00 Skierg/Assault/Row – Cals
1:00 Knee to Elbows
1:00 Burpees
1:00 Double Unders
1:00 REST

Post reps per exercise, per round and all totals to comments.

40DBs/20″ for step ups…the reps were:
1->13/12/5/10 + 75 single skips
2->13/12/5/10 + 73 single skips
3->12/13/4/9 + 84 single skips

A: did 4 wall walks and my neck decided that was enough.

ski erg because I hate it but I need to get better at it
K2E: first 2 rounds I was trying to get K2E or triceps but it was slowing me down so I worked on kipping as high as possible on round 3.

Mat, Lacy and I wanted to ride the bike. My somehow convinced (told) me to start in the bike. Dumb move!

Bike: 21/14/11
K2E: 15/10/10
Burps: 12/10/9
DUs: 65/50/60
Steps: 10/7/8 (45# to 20″)
Totals: 123/91/98 = 312


A. Worked on handstand walks. Completed 5 lengths unbroken (1 length E2MOM).
B. Started on K2E. Box step ups were 45#/hand to 20″ box.
Total reps per round: 156/140/125 = 421
