B.  Snatch Balance - 2 reps x 5 sets, rest 90 seconds

C.  Hang Snatch - 1 rep x 5 sets, rest 2:00

Thanks for the tips Colin! The knee didn’t swell up as much as I thought. Should be in again this week, but just have to be careful I don’t aggravate it more than it already is.

A. worked up to 73 - used hips so dropped back to 63 found this hard obviously at heavier weight
B. worked up to 108 - think I’ve done more but can’t remember - should have kept it lighter for upcoming hang snatch though
C. 73/83/88/88/92(fail) arm gave out, couldn’t lock … need more OLY WODS!

SWOD
3×5 Squat @ 320 (keeps going up with little difficulty)
3×5 Shoulder Press @ 140 (very tough last reps, doing a lot of shoulder stuff lately)

Was going to carry on and do the WOD, but I tweaked my brain muscle.
