5 Snatch (touch and go)
12 (guys)/10 (gals) Cal Row

A. Worked at 75#…still struggle with snatch/OHS movements. B. complete although the last couple rounds were mostly power-snatch. Thanks Laura and great work 6am!

B. 4×5 bench at 80% goal is RPE 8 or 9
215# – Last bench rep was a 10…

Then 7pm Wod
HH Snatch – light trying to focus on getting under bar. Wasn’t really working well.
EMOM @ 75# Did HH for rounds 3-6. Row was a good flush.

Made it to 85 , really enjoyed practicing these, Really forces you to get under the bar
Used 65 for the wod
