Worked up to 78 lbs for the push press that ended spectacuarly with a fail, dropping the bar on my knee that then rolled down my chin. Ouch!!! (not my exact words at the time).
Made a quick trip to Starbucks for some ice (and a coffee). It will be ok, maybe some pretty colors for a few days.

B. 75/85 stopped. Lately I’ve had back pain (rt. side) when doing push/split jerks
C. 8R+L/ 8R, 5L/ 6R, 5L used purple band horizontally.
A: 75/85/95/105/110 - off 5# from last time which was a PR
B: 75/95/105/115/(120X1)
C: 5+3, 1+3, 3+3 - rnd 2 left leg did not feel good
I’m developing a kipping pistol. Still needs some refinement.
A Worked up to 155 Never did this one before which I think Technically makes it a PR.
B 205 20 lb PR
C 12/12/10 with Green band, lots of room for improvement.

B. 65/75/80. Stopped at three to save the shoulder, it was starting to bother me.
C. 8/8/8 on both legs each set, although right leg felt way better than left leg.
