A1.  Farmer’s Walk - 100 m x 5 sets, rest 10 seconds

Notes: Guys use 2.0 pood/hand, gals 1.0 pood/hand

A2.  Front Squat - AMRAP x 5 sets, rest 3:00

Notes: Guys use 225#/gals 145#

B. Muscle ups, toes to bar, knees to elbows tech work

Coach’s notes:  Post number of times you set the KB’s down in A1 and number of reps/set for A2 to comments.

B: worked on some swinging technique for my muscle up, getting closer but I think I am still a ways away with regards to putting it all together. Thanks Old Guy great class and sweet tunes as usual.

decided to go for an extra challenge with the Farmer’s Walk. The 2.0pd made the Squats harder. My rack position gave out well before my legs did. Great class thanks Michelle.


Forgot to say A1 was all unbroken.


A1) made a spectable out of myself at the Y but did not drop them :)
A2) 8/8/10/8/8 (Really hard on the wrists today)

B: Wanted to work on bar muscle-ups but could barely even hang from the bar after A.

Went for broke on the farmer’s walk and everything else suffered.

B. worked on stringing together T2B. Also hung around on the rings using a false grip to get a feel for things.

No grip left for tech work….
