OHS – up to #145
Snatch balance – 115#
Thanks, Laura!

A1: 95#. Matched my PR.
A2: 75# 5# PR. Tried 80# and finally got it on the 4th attempt but I caught it high and rode it down, so a snatch grip push jerk according to Brett.

Should have started heavier on both lifts.

Thanks Todd!

Good luck this weekend Chita!

OHS: 85/105/115×3 times first felt heavy last felt easy/120
Snatch balance: 75/85/105/115(rode this one down wasn’t my best)/115(way better!)
*wished I moved up with OHS instead of staying at 115 for 3 so went back after for 125 and nailed it*
Nice work 7 a.m.
Thanks Laura!

A1: Up to #105, a 10# PR.
A2: First time doing these. Did #70 today but still need to catch the bar lower.
Thanks Todd!

A1: 57, 10 off my PR, but not really enough time for me to build much weight
A2: got 28.5, tried 31 but stopped it in a low power position then road it down. The earlier ones need to be more aggressive, but it is a start as never really done more than a dowel for this movement before.

Thanks Todd, and Nick for the feed back

OHS 115 — PB
Snatch Balance – 85
Thanks Laura

Ohs 125#
Snatch balance 80#
Snatch balance felt great today, heavier is possible. Ohs, was not a PB, still happy considering… Didn’t have shoulder stability to keep 135 over head for 3.
Thanks Michelle and Jason.

OHS: 135/165/185/205/225(2)/245(2)
Snatch balance: 135/155/165/175/185/205, mostly doubles

Thanks Michelle and Jason.
