did some chest to bar practice, then tagged along with Chelsea and did descending calories on the bike, and ascending burpees. 15 cal, 1 burpee, 14 cal, 2 burpees etc….
20:26. thanks for the push Chelsea, way to beat your previous time (can’t believe you did this twice???!). I kind of liked that one.

And Happy Birthday Josh!!!

A1 – up to 85lbs, a 10 lb PR, this the most I got to for 5 prior to shoulder injury and only hit again in Feb of thus year (only got 77.5 x3 that day), so really pleased with this.
A2 – only up to 248, so 4″ off my current PR, hips, butt……well right leg in general not working good right now!
B – torture chamber with Adamo, ? need to get my lower body working right!

A1. Up to 92.5# Thanks for sharing the bench with me Chris!
A2. Longest jump was on round 2 at 20.5′ the others were close.
Then, I had a T2B breakthrough and managed to kip 5 in a row for the first time ever. Anything else I will accomplish for the rest of the week won’t matter anymore 😉

D) 1 squat clean every 45sec for 15min
Started at 105# ended at 180#

A2: 128″/133″/120″/123″/125″ (all plus the 168″ start line)
