I was 15 wall balls away from finishing rd 6. I need to chain my K to E together better, the time I could save there would allow me to stand around longer with my hands on my knees sucking wind.
Scaled to full fem (25/14) because I have legs like a chick – didn’t help

Squat snatches were killing me today!

Used 12lb for wall ball and 20 lb for the snatch. Snatches felt good, the rest…..

12.5 for the squat snatch, and not all of those K2Es were kosher. Working on accuracy. I’ve never been so demoralized by wallballs before.

DB Snatch was tough; hard to get down into a full squat for each rep. K2E felt great tonight.. managed to kip almost all of them.
Digging the organized chaos of the 5pm class tonight. Great energy. Made the 20m go by way faster.

Did Murph today for the first time ever. Just did BW no vest 40:16 considering how I felt today just finishing was an accomplishment!
4 rounds + 26 reps. Couldn’t dig deep today. Might have to do with long work hours and short sleeps this week. Funny how that works.
