First time doing this at Master’s scaling – 20″, 20# to 9′

My usual scaling was 24″ and 16# to 10′. Best was 34:24 in 2009.

Scaled the box jumps and WB’s to 15reps each. Box jumps were jump up/step down. WB’s were 14lbs to 9′.

24:58, the good sign was that I didn’t walk on my runs this time, running legs are slowly coming back after their winter slumber! I found that the practice we have had lately with heavier and higher wallballs actually made them feel pretty good today, go figure.
