As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) in 35 minutes of:

1 Legless Rope Climb
Run 200m
2 Power Snatch – 95#/65#
1 Legless Rope Climb
Run 200m
4 Power Snatch
1 Legless Rope Climb
Run 200m
6 Power Snatch………continue in this fashion adding 2 power snatch each round

Finished round of 20 power snatches + 1 rope climb – tried to rest enough before each rope climb to really make a reasonable attempt at legless but still need a lot of work on those

Finished the run of round 10 (would have been 20 snatch)
started with 2 pulls from the floor then 3 for rope climbs.

Finished 10 sets (up to 20 Power Snatch) plus rope, run and 14 Power Snatch.
This was a very long 35 minutes, even at 6:00 a.m. – can’t imagine doing this in the evening with +30 temps.

open gym. 2pm. overheated and under fueled. 11 snatches into the round of 20. not even close to you coach. but it’s possible….:) thanks for the push at the end Brett.

Legged rope climbs
All muscle snatch for fun. Unbroken through round of 10.
‘Ran’ rounds 1-7. Walked 8-10… it was honestly faster.
Walked towards the light – it was warm and comforting!

Still not wearing shoes (blister from hiking) so I rowed 200m, 5 ring rows, 55lbs. Yikes, this was a hot one!
