Did a squat jerk after each power clean in A. up to 205 – it took its toll on my legs/shoulders by the time I hit B.

b) up to 100#, these did not feel great today!

170#-pretty good form
175#-little sloppy but 10# PR

105 to 130# by 5#
Devolved to squat + press.

A. Worked up to 130lbs. It took me a few tries to get it. Thanks Kimmer for suggesting to get my elbows up and catch it slightly deeper. This is a small PR but still a PR! In 2014 I did 127.5 and struggled to get it.
B. Worked up to 95lbs. It felt sloppy and not much drive left in the hips.
