Kept it knee-friendly.
Changed JPU’s to some band-assisted and some regular PU.
Changed DU to squats.
Cut numbers in half.

Strung together a lot of great DU sets. Took too much rest on the jumping pull-ups.

I misread the WOD at CFC (or maybe I wasn’t listening)

Around 18mins
changed the 50 and 40 as 100 and 80 single unders as double unders still prove to be elusive for me.
First WOD in nearly 3 weeks due to Pneumonia but its good to be back,,,

Paced pretty well. Could prob shave off a minute or so by pushing the JPU into sets bigger than 10.

22:14, did 2x singles instead of DUs.


15:48 during Saturday’s open gym time, after failing that morning’s WOD miserably.

This one was pretty fun… DUs are coming along pretty well with the wire rope; I think I only tripped on it once during the WOD.
