A Crisp 1 degree this am – “fun” getting lapped by the gazelles in the class – thanks for the push to continue Maria and thanks for returning to 6 am :). Time was around 20 mins?! yay running…

Finnished after Sue RX’d, thank-YOU for the encouragement Sue! First time completing Nancy RX’d and I’ve done this a few times…
Missed the 0600 crew this past couple of weeks, but life gets busy so had to fit in a WOD other times to make it work.

Last time: 19:30 but at 65# due to shoulder suck

Wow, amazing efforts tonight. Fun to be a part of the energy, thanks everyone.
12:32, which by my math means that I am “only” slowing down by about 5-6 seconds per year or per round. My best Nancy is just under 12:00, a year ago I was 12:13. I think we will retest this at the end of the summer and see how much we can improve with a bit more running conditioning under our belts.


18:23 done at open gym (good to see you Josh and Josh). OHS at 45# in part because I stink at this lift and also because I had to get back to work and couldn’t afford the extra 10 min if I attempted a higher weight.
