B. 1:24/1:31/1:32/1:37/1:33, did the last one in reverse order cause Josh wanted me to. TWT = 7:32.

A. 48″ BUT I only got it because we have soft boxs here and the box wasn’t going to attack be if I missed. I missed 49 three times.

Ps…if my math is correct, coach box jumped over his own head! Amazing!!!!


This workout was totally my thing! Running, burpees and jumping are my forte 😉

38″ jump. Wanted to let Coach have his victory for the day!

Went all out in round 1 with a blazing 2:11. Followed up with 2:35 and 2:36 so that Mat didn’t feel like I was getting too far ahead of him. Decided I shouldn’t make Derek P, Meagan, Lacy or Michael look bad so totally sandbagged the next round at 2:57 and then wrapped it up with a 2:43 that was obviously a leisurely pace for me.

A. 46″ box jump. Got my toes on top of the box at 48″ but couldn’t stand it up.

Usually can’t keep it this consistent. Doing the Bill Tillapaugh elimination protocol again. WOD suckage reduced significantly.
