Is it just me or does this look like it is about to end very very badly?


worked up to 165 - as half-baked power clean and press. Mentally absent this morning.

6:18 did mostly Kipping HSPU’s. This felt better then expected.
B) pistols UB resting 60sec between sets 10/12/14/16/18/20.

Worked up to 72#.. still need to work on getting under it faster!

Started out with aches and pains and a bad attitude. Planned to work with light weight for the evening.
Turning point was when I accidentally lifted 135# thinking it was 125#.
Went on to C+J 150# - PR by 10#
Cleaned 155 - PR by 5#


Worked up to a 180 power clean and jerk!!!! a PR on my power clean by 15 and on my jerk by 25. Man I love this lift. Thanks Rebecca and Chelsea for helping me out and being my coaches.

Worked up to 103lbs. Stopped there and reduced the weight to practice the lifts.

Worked mostly on tech stuff today, so kept it pretty light tonight for the most part.
Tossed 185# on the bar for the last two lifts, only missed the split jerk on the last one. But did or mh power clean by 10#.

Worked up to new PR at 195#. Failed at 200#.

Worked up to 160# (PR). Did 2 Cleans at 165# but kept chickening out on the jerk. Erin that is insane you made it look easy! Thanks Rebecca, Chantanl and Erin.

Cleaned the 200 but failed the jerk


Was able to get 205. I had a couple of very ugly cleans of 215 but I couldn’t get the jerk.

Close to strict pull-ups because of the strange apparatus I used.
