Worked up to 175 and stayed there for 5 sets. Then 6th set at 185 (190 is my PR).
This was a great workout to come back to after vacation.

Barbell:
A. DL heavy double RPE 8-8.5 (~91%)
B. 3 sets x 5 reps at 85% of today’s e1RM
C. Bench heavy double RPE 9 (~92%) then 1 max set at 70% of today’s e1RM.
D. Team of 2 – 6 rounds of 200m sandbag carry while partner flips a tire.

A. Up to 435 double overhand sumo
B. All sets at 405 double overhand sumo
C. Up to 250 for a double then 13 reps at 190
D. With Chris P. – tried to keep jog going.
