First 6 DBall at 150 before Curtis blew it up. Rest of them at 125.
95# on the barbell

In hindsight would probably still be staring at the 150 in the last round. Burpees are my favourite!

After 80 shoulder to overhead my arms were not interested in participating in the last round of burpees.
