FireBreathers:
A. Worked up to a 183lbs. Box Squat – using the 18” Plyo Box.
B. 35:16 as Rx’d. Never ask a former Sprinter (a.k.a. alactic power athlete) to do extended work capacity beyond 30 seconds. It can get ugly.
• Challenging WOD. But then, nobody ever drowned in his own sweat.
• Thank you Chelsea & Erin for pushing me to the sweet, bitter end!
FS, worked up to 225#
Squat-Clean, worked up to 165#, 185# was ok for 1 or two reps, form was not so great. Took weight off and worked on form and fluidity with 135#.
Thanks Erin for the coaching and advice.
