Chelsea, your lifting was amazing today!


A. up to 195 X 2. Need to work on dropping under and not muscling the weight up

B. failed on the 3 rep coming up at 225. Though that i had it wrist just couldn’t hold and lost it forward after getting out from the bottom. Very sad


A. 95/105/115/125/135/140/145(f)
B. 95/115/125/135/145/165/180


A) 85/105/115/115 wasn’t very fast on these today so kept the weight lighter
B) 115/135/155/165/180×2 failed on the last rep here determined to get it next time. Thanks for the encouragement everyone. Fun class Brett.


A: Up to 95#, last time got to 90#. Key was to focus on dropping lower under it than my brain said I should.

B: Up to 125#, last time was 123# (PR for 3 RM). Key was playing with grip width. Having my thumbs 2 cm pas the widest band on the bar was optimal.


A. Worked up to 62lbs. It wasn’t feeling very good at that weight so I took it down to 52lbs for some practice.
B. Worked up to 82lbs.
