A. 500m Skierg
B. 50 D-ball Ground to over Shoulder – choose your weight
C. 15 Ring Muscle-ups
D. 50 Bench Press – body weight for guys, 75% for gals

Barbell – Strength
A. Back squat cluster at 88%
5 rounds:
Min 1: 3 reps
Min 2: 2 reps
Min 3: 1 rep
Rest 5 min between rounds

B. Find shoulder press 1RM

C. 3x max sets of push press at B

A. All reps at 330#. Unbelievably taxing physically and mentally.
B. 185 today. 190 was a no go. I blame part A.
C. Did one set, 5 reps and called it quits
