27 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

Scaled reps to 15/9/3 for clean and jerk using 42, and 9/15/21 doing jumping C2B

Right weight for today, wrist was going by last 3 C&J and C2B fried my forearm (grip), but so nice to use a bar again! First metcon in nearly 4mths using a bar over head instead of DB’s
So that is my win for the day
