  2. Double Unders
  3. Push-ups with hand release
  4. Dumbbell Power Clean – 45#/30#

Barbell Club strength
Lost my paper so don’t know the details. Today was a mixture of deadlifts, shoulder press, strict pull-ups and dumbbell bench press. Fun class.
Great programming Ben. The cues on the deadlifts today were really helpful.
