6 Front Squat – 135#/95#
8 Push Jerk – 135#/95#
12 Toes to Bar

T2B kipping- toes as high as possible.
I liked this one. I had no idea I could get that much work done in 30 seconds. ;P

T2B caused the biggest slowdown in later rounds.


Well, let’s just say that the original plan changed in the first 30s. Ended up deciding that 6 FS and 8 PJ in 30s was good, followed by 12 T to B also in 30s. Kept this pace, managing 10 rounds total.


Getting stronger not skinnier club:
A. Deficit DL 3×5. Start at 50% and work up to RPE 9 by end of third set.
B. DL you don’t like (sumo or conventional) 5×5. Target RPE 8-9 (I think)
C. Bench: 5×5 at 80% RPE 8-9ish
D. 5RM weighted strict pull-ups
E. Farmer walk 120# DB per hand.

A. Up to 375 hook grip no belt
B. Sumo. Worked in form up to 315 hook grip no belt. Will try this a little more.
C. 205×1 set and 215×4 sets
D. Body weight
E. 2 loops
