Coach, is the 400m run tomorrow with or without bags of bottles???
Bahahahahahaha. Aly strikes again…..always has her camera at the ready to capture memorable, AKA embarrassing, moments.
Love you Brett!!!
Runs unbroken and steady pace. Really happy with run improvement this summer
DL @ 70% of 1 RM –> 255lb
Thanks Erin for helping me to keep pace on last couple of sets. Great coaching as always!
Great job 10am class!!
2:54/3:28/3:32/3:42/3:48/2:52 = 20:14
Last round was the only one with unbroken DL.
Next time go all out in second last round and see how bad the last round gets.
Total working time: 16:30
I chose to keep my weight lighter (125lbs). I’ve had a sore back for a few weeks and seemed to pull a muscle in my upper back during the wod on thursday (AHAP bar pull-ups). I was in rough shape yesterday but glad I worked out today to try and shake things off.
DL at 115# (unbroken) and runs were barely a jog, but it felt good to be outside today. Fun WOD!
Total working time: 18:26
As Rx’d: 2:35 / 2:45 / 2:52 / 3:15 / 4:05 / 4:00
Total working time: 19:32
Kept the running at a steady pace to make sure DLs were consistant. That strategy seemed to go out the window in rounds 5 and 6. Although totally exhausted at the end of the WOD, I was glad to complete it.
Thanks for the tips on the DLs Erin.
Total working time: 18:12
Used 145lbs for DL, did rowing instead of running. I definitely faded on the last 3 rows….
Another great workout!
Total working time: 17:29
DL @ 125#
Kept a steady pace with the runs, maybe should have gone a bit heavier with the DL….
Great coaching and fun class, thanks Erin!

A2. HSPU - 30 strict…20 Kipping 4:54
B.not a clue on distance but so fun….Apparently the best way is to ‘grab tight and thrust hard with your hips’??????!
C. Did at home…didn’t keep track of time…
should have gone heavier DL touch and go
then did back ext. @ 25/30/35/40/45 for 10 to 8 reps
A1) 2:10 both ways with 4 plates
A2) 5:16 kipped all of these. Thanks God I have a hard head
