Getting Stronger Cult:
A. Bench work up to heavy 5 (84-86%) then drop to 80% and do 3 sets of 5.
B. Sumo Deadlift work up to 85% and then do 4 more sets of 3 with reset between reps.
C. Superset strict C2B and strict dips – 3 sets
D. Flip a tire 200 times as team of 3

A. Tried to repeat 5RM – not quite
185/215/225/235(4.65)
Drop sets done at 218
B. Did 405 with double overhand hook grip
C. Tried one set – not happening today
D. With Ben for 150

Barbell Club – Strength

A. Worked up to 150 for 5 and 160 x 4, then dropped down to 135 for the 3 sets of 5.
B. Up to 275.
C. C2B/Dips – 5/6, 4/5, 4/5, 4/2
D. Had to leave early so missed out on the tire flips.
