Feel like I should have been able to get at least 2 @ 123, but I think my confidence failed.

Have to refine some key positions but I felt pretty solid under the bar – even if my final rep took 5-6 seconds to complete πŸ™‚

Partnered with Cory. Same as above but I did not take a try at 365. 355 felt like a true 3RM as there was a bit of a fight to get that 3rd rep.

Worked up to 365 and called it a day. My hips haven’t fully recovered from all of those silly thrusters from Wednesday and I sure felt it today.

Up to 360#x3. I first attempted this weight x1 and then decided that I could do it for the 3 reps and I did it with loud yelling, sorry about that πŸ™‚

Still lifting light, which frustrated me a bit today, but this is the most I have lifted in a while so I guess that is progress….. Focused on good form today.
