Pegboar – couldn’t get much of anything going, probably on account of Friday’s rope climbs. Mostly just played 1950’s switchboard operator.


Only managed to get 4 sets of oh lunges

Clearly need to work on my time management as I only got in 4 rounds.
Up to 85# for lunges. Couldn’t quite find the sweet spot for grip on the bar.
Strict-ish ring pull ups and peg board pull-ups.

BBOWL – 65/75/85/95/95/105
Although the last set was 8-2

Peg boards – 3 rounds to the top, round 4 was one to the top line and one to the second line, rounds 5 & 6 were peg board pull ups because I no longer trusted myself not to fall off.
