A2. 8 reps for all sets. Worked on getting feet as close to the bar. This is the first time I’ve had my feet about 4 inches from the bar for a strict T2B. Thanks to Jeff’s coaching. I was good for about 4-5 reps and then my feet got further away from the bar.
I did this one from home with Jeff.


Did T2B unbroken with straight legs for as many reps as possible then switched to curling up to the bar.
A1: 85X3, 95X3, (100X1, 95X0) 90X3, 95X3, 95X2 – 10# more than last time for 3 reps
A2: 15 (9straight+6curled), 15 (7+8), 15 (5+10), 15 (5+10), 15 (4+11)
Press @ 95# is 3RM by 10#
Press @ 100# is 1RM by 2.5#


A1: 83#/88#/93#/93# (x2)/93#

“Blink” is my favorite episode too!I am not sure if you saw the episode “The Forest of Silence” but The Docter is married in the future. (Sorry for the spoiler) So unless they plan on making The Docter female for only a couple seasons I don’t think he will be.
