Coach’s notes:  Weight for the kettlebell swings is 1.5 pood for guys and 1.0 pood for gals.  Post time to complete to comments.

KB’s were unbroken/13+8/13+8
PU’s were all in broken sets

Last time, Aug. 2008: 16:09 (3:30/5:50/6:49)


10:10 I think. Kbs unbroken


11:13 (last time 11:24)


9:34 as rx’d. Pullups terribly broken. Lots of room to improve there


Done September 4 - 10.07, should have went harder on the runs, all unbroken except last set of pull ups.
