6 x 200 meters carrying a HEAVY ball. Sprints! less than 2 min rest in between sets.

Time around 4 min for me not a nice feeling!!

:36/:36/:35/:35/:36/:37. Total working time 10:39. Runs felt great today. Took a bit of rest after the last run to switch into my oly shoes and maybe sneak in a bit more of rest. Snatch as rx’d. Really enjoyed this wod today. Thanks Trent for keeping me going in the runs, almost beat you! And of course thanks Laura for a great class.
Total Time = 17:33; Working Time = 11:33 after subtracting 4 x 90 s rests periods

A2) 3 x 85# PS - Then the coffee I had before the WOD threatened to visit the 9am class so I stopped. For all of our good.
Lesson for the Day - No coffee before a running WOD.
Maybe not coffee before the WOD period..
