Worked up to 82lbs. Failed 87. Looked for my previous 1 rm snatch and could only find Jan 2010 at 69.5 lbs.
I tried the split snatch and liked it better than the squat snatch.

worked on split snatch for the first time and hit 205 which is a pr for me by 15 lbs. Thanks gord. oh and thanks Colin for my photo shoot!


worked up to 52# just trying to get under, butt back, etc.
