As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 30 minutes of:

16 Wallballs – 20#/14#

12 Thrusters – 95#/65#

8 Push-ups

4 Dips

rx’d, finished up to 2 push ups in the 7th round, so 6 and change.
probably rested too much.

Dropped the thrusters to #55 and and wallballs to #12


6 thrusters into round 5, used 8# WB, 42# thrusters, blue band for dips (last 2 rounds were down to 2 lowers-arms too sore to push myself back up)

I think it was 7 rounds + 2
Red band for ring dips. Went super slow on all the squats in the thrusters and wallballs… Re training the ankle…
Then did some stuff at barbell club…. Fun!

AM:
Tight and tired so just chipped away trying to keep form somewhat legit.
4 rounds + 4 thrusters.
Scaled reps for thrusters in round 3/4 to 6 reps as I was having 15.5 flashbacks.
Probably need to warm up for an hour before attempting something like this again.

Stand-up Paddle Board date with my wife. She went in the water first.
