B1. Couldn’t seem to push my legs past 90 degrees. Way to go Lori with the T2B at tempo!

B1: 0 strict T2B, lots of reps trying bring knees up as far as I could. Threw in some kipping T2B to make myself feel better(when Brett wasn’t watching of course)!

A. Tech practice which I really need. Worked up to 68#. I still lean way to far forward coming up. Thanks for being my partner Jen - you did great.
B1. T2B had a hard time getting past 90%, it’s very difficult doing this tempo

A. Worked up to 125lbs, only did 4 sets because of time, could have gone heavier. My rack position and wrists are definitely getting better. Pretty sure this was a PR.
B1. Did 8 reps at tempo, but could barely get my legs to 90 degrees
B2. Did 8 reps each set. Wasn’t able to get all the way up onto my knees.
