Machine club.
250m row for pr 49:5. 1min. rest then go again. I was unable to do the 2nd round as I felt like barfing.
Then 4 rounds of 500m row, 20 burpees & 20 kbs. 25 min. Time cap. With some pushing ( thanks, sorry bad with names but it’s what got me there ) 24:54, used 1 pood.
