Hey guys I have survived the first 4 WOD’s here 2 more to go tomorrow. Angie and Alicia are both killing it and they are tied for first! I am a distant 3rd right now and will be doing my best to hang on tomorrow. It has been a ton of fun so far. I gave discovered that I really hate running a 5km! Thank you so much to everyone for all of the support, I will do my best to make you guys proud.

A. Worked up to 95 - cleans only. Aly got me to squat clean so that when those bigs weights pop out of the blue I will be ready!!
B. Worked up to 75×3 and then did 85×1 three times…… borderline push jerks
