Alternating Single Arm KB Swings - 2.0/1.5 pood
30 seconds work
30 seconds rest
Coach’s notes: For the power clean ladder your first set is 1 rep followed by set 2 at 2 reps, 3, then 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, etc. Each set must be unbroken but not touch and go. In other words, you can drop between reps but you must set up immediately and attempt the next rep. A failed rep constitutes a failed set. Post number of sets and reps completed in A and number of reps per set plus total completed in B to comments.
