AMRAP in 7 minutes:

Thrusters

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 95 lbs and gals 65 lbs.  Barbell must be taken from the floor.  Post reps to comments.

65 reps as Rx’d. I still suck at these, but it’s the lightest 95# thrusters felt. I could actually breathe while doing thrusters. That’s new for me.
