55 deadlifts, 225lb /155lb
55 wall-ball shots, 20lb/14lb. ball to 10ft/9ft. target
55-calorie row
55 handstand push-ups

Did scaled version, so 95 DL, 10#WB and PU, this was enough on my forearm and grip. Did both WB and DL in 6x8reps + 7
Finished row at 12:31, got 4 strict HRPU

Last year, 165 reps and finished the row at 12:50.
This year… finished row at 11:50 and completed 13 hspus in the final minute. 178 reps rx’d. Thanks Audra and Todd and nice work Ryan crushing over 40 hspus

Up to 42 HSPU, 8:22 off the rower. Total 207 (174 last year).

Another rad Saturday with my cfc homies :)
Crushed my time from last year . Tie break time of 10:14 compares to 11:04 last year . Tried some hspu , not this year . Goal for 2018 opens :)
