14:23 with 15lb DB (couldn’t find the 17.5’s). 1.33 faster than last time but used 45lb bar then, so not sure how that compares….

Felt better though, didn’t die on the rower and didn’t fall apart on the thrusters 9/9/8, 7/7/7, 8/7, 9
