15 Toes to Bar

B.  150 Jumping Pull Ups for time

Coach’s notes:  Post time to complete A and B to comments.  Rest as needed between A and B.

My jumping pull-ups seem to be not enough jump and too much pull-up.
Most were done in sets of 2-3


Part 1: 9:51 (toes to bar are definitely not my favorite. Started with touching the bar, degraged to toes to same postal code as the bar)
Part 2: 7:01 (done in sets of 5)
Total: 16:52


Part 1 - 9:10 I found T2B time consuming after rowing. I didn’t feel as strong at these as I usually do. Still fighting a cold.
Part 2 - 4:02 first set was 30 followed by sets of 5.
Total - 13:12


A. Push press. 125×3, 135×3, 140×3, 145×1, 150×1, 152×1
B. 150 JPU as Rx’d 2:59


A. As Rx’d (except 30 - 45# SDLHP for row)

Tried for 6 sets of 30s for 25 - thanks for setting the pace Pierre


5K run at the olympic oval.
23:26.2, wasn’t timing my laps, just beginning and end. Going to smoke this next time.

Toes to bar killed me on this one bad.
