At puffdragons solo, at 20 min made it 2 snatches into the round of 50, then finished the workout around 30 minutes. Thanks Sue for convincing me to finish it off. Total reps 162


Scaled version for right arm, left arm for first rnd and a half, then reduced that arm to 15lb…..

Rx’ed, but only made it 8 burpees into the round of 40. Pretty disappointed in this performance, way too much time wasted struggling for breath.

Felt ok this morning, except 50# started to get heavy with my left arm by the round of 30.
