32:07. Slower than last time by 5 mins - surprising. Higher weight on sblhp (55lb) and wall ball (14 set 1; 12lb set 2). Grip again was the problem and t2b were dreadful. Thanks for the encouragement Michelle! Great class!

As Rx’d 31:24… Took an extra 7 reps and about 30 seconds longer than I should have because I didn’t realize I loaded the bar wrong for the SDHP. Thanks for catching that Michelle!

Broke up the DU’s into AMAP (25 I think), then finished off with singles. Had nothing left in me for this last exercise. Need to practice kipping T2B - very slow today.

When talking with the coach and owner afterwards he stated that he learned how to do butterfly pull-ups by watching Brett do them over and over again on the internet…your influence is everwhere Coach.

34:06 with 10lbs for first round of wall balls and then 8lbs for the second round. Used 55lbs for SDLHP and did 400 singles instead of double unders.
