40 Dumbbell (DB) Walking Lunges (20 steps per leg)

30 DB Burpees 20 DB Cleans

Figure 8 AMRAP in 25 min
Did 1.5 laps in 32-33ish minutes.
Some impressive running today. I would have marvelled at it a little more but I can’t see that far ahead!

Run club figure 8 but decided to do a 2 lap for time. I think it was 36ish minutes.

When Laura says that for run club that we are doing a challenge……you know it isn’t going to be good!!
I thought the stupidly steep hill, along the length of the lake, down hill and around the lake was the worst one…….but no, this had that plus an addition!
25 min AMRAP……..made one complete loop in about 20mins, Laura took pity on me and just made me do up and down stupidly steep hill plus short side of the lake………….

A) PD morning
Worked up to a 165# clean and stopped there as my back felt a bit tight. Then partnered with Jack and Sharon for the AMRAP. Had to do 5 DB S2OH 40# instead of cleans. 7rds + 5+10 as rx’d. Great work guys!
B) digging a trench through a rock pile (also known as our backyard)
C) today’s wod 21:15 had to wait about 1.5-2 minutes to do the HSPUs (only 1 set of paralettes at the hall). Otherwise as rx’d. Thanks Brett great work, and thanks Gordie and PD crew.


31:02. 1st round with 20#’s, 2nd round with 15 #’s (scaled to 1/2 reps), 3rd round with 15#’s did all reps. Yuck! Thanks Todd
