50 Back Squats - 135#/95#

40 Pull ups

30 Shoulder to Overhead - 135#/95#

50 Front Squat - 85#/65#

40 Pull ups

30 Shoulder to Overhead - 85#/65#

50 Overhead Squats - 65#/45#

40 Pull ups

30 Shoulder to Overhead - 65#/45#

30:08- scaled pull ups to 20 per round so, I could finish this morning:), everything else as rx’d.
Very tough, especially the first set of shoulder to overhead! Thanks for the great class Colin! Nice work by all this morning!

Scaled to 30 PUs and #75 for back squat and first shoulder to overhead. Hated to scale the back squat but cleaning #95 multiple times to get it there wasn’t a fun option.
There were some great times this morning!

Over 30 mins focused on finishing this morning. Scaled the pull ups to bands. Kept adding bands with each round. Weight and reps as rxd. Thanks Colin that was a killer.


32:16 as rx’d. Tough one for sure… I actually didn’t mind the shoulder to overhead stuff, it was the 50 bloody squats a thousand different ways that were killing me. Thanks OG, great class and coaching! Good tunes too!!


27:34 sort of rx’d - mistakenly did 75# instead of 65# for 2nd round … Yep, all hard

Agreed with you Trev, the squat parts were the toughest for me…hated dropping the bar and having to pick it up again.


Epic. Failure.
Scaled the back squats to 115#, ’cause I knew my back wasn’t going to like me picking 135# up off the floor.
Scaled the pull ups to a blue band. Still babying my pulled lat.
Dropped the weight to 85# for shoulder to overhead. Barely managed it still.

Bailed out at this point. Back was killing me, so I decided to return during Open Gym and do Thursday’s WOD and posted there.

Drank some Kool-Aid, lifted heavy things, walked around Whole Foods with tears of joy.
