That is a very interesting picture. I say an explanation is required.
Power Clean + Push Jerk starting at 115# and adding 20# on the minute. Managed 195 and failed at 215.
Rest 6 minutes then “Helen”: 10:39 for my first attempt. Running is improving.
Thanks Gord for being the pace runner.
Huge thanks to Colin for his efforts on rower cleaning.
Brett and Taylor were looking good getting ready for Regionals today!
After yesterday’s 200 wallballs, I didn’t think today was going to go well. I am so glad I got off my ass to come flip some tires. The tire flips felt great and the run felt even better.
15:48 with one of the 2 biggest tires (I think Blaine had the big tire).
Thanks Colin! It must be the “Junk Yard Dog” warm-up that did it.
Used the medium sized tire- 20:21 (started at 2:00). Did the senior shuffle on my run today.
Thanks for the great coaching, encouragement and towel Colin! Nice work by all in the 9:30 today!!
16:09. Tire flips felt like a mini-Fran each round. Great job, Trent!
I echo Trent’s statement. I didn’t feel like coming in today with my torn hands and sore legs, but I’m so glad I did. That was a lot of fun and I felt great throughout.
18:35 with one of the big ones. Thanks Colin! Solid work 10:30′ers.
19:02 used med sized tire!!!
This was so much fun!!! Thank you Colin!!!
first running WOD and first time doing tire flips! it wasn’t nearly as bad as I had envisioned..
scaled the tire flips to 5 per round, using small tire.
total time around 25:00
Thanks Colin!!
I did it, that’s about all I can say….
24:56. I actually felt better as I got further into this WOD. I need to work on m running!
Thanks Colin! Good class this morning!
22:41
Used small tire
I wanted to quit after round 2, but thanks to Colin’s relentless “encouragement” I kept going!
Great class Colin, thanks!
Did snatch today taking minimal rest between reps
105/115/125/130/135/140(f) 140 was close then worked on doing 20 DU’s and then doing a 115 snatch to try and get the timing down. Thanks Colin. The tire flips looked like fun!
23:34 including the waiting for the tire; four of us were sharing one
Used small tire to take it easy on my body. Wished I could have used a bigger one, but my initial attempt started out not feeling right and i didn’t want to risk anything.
Thanks Colin! Great class and tunes as always!
And thanks Blaine and Rebecca for de-watering the tires!
23:17 with medium tire
Fun class! Thanks Colin!
18:21 with the big tire. Really liked this wod. Thanks for being my partner Kimmer! Nice effort by everyone today!
As always, Colin great coaching and awesome tunes. A fun Saturday morning at CFC!
This is my kind of party!!! Great sunny Saturday am WOD
20:16 with the med tire.
Thanks for being there with the towel Colin and for blasting those tunes!
18:37 rxd with 30lb weight vest
wanted to walk the runs so badly…
Everything is more fun with a weighted vest…. except swimming.
13:47 w/ 30lb vest.
Bigger tire needed
