1:00 Ring Dips
2:00 Rope Climbs
1:00 Wallballs – 20#/14#

30 alt lunges

20 KB swings

10 bear crawl (width of room)
Then back up the ladder finishing with the squats!
So in the essence of not doing any pushing movements as per Jay and being shoulder friendly, subbed cardio burpees (or Spartan burpees 😜) as per Laura (so jump back and in with no lay down) for burpees and Pull ups off a box for bear crawl. 1 PD KB

Bryan and I did our first partner WOD.

Bryan’s first time with a 16# WB and 1.5p KB and he crushed!
So fun to team up for the first time!
