I fought the WOD and the WOD won!
D-ball: 150
HSPUs: 1 round paralets to abmat, 1 round 3 reps to 4″ and then 7 reps no defecit. Last 3 rounds no defecit. All rounds very broken!

100lb Dball, 12 push ups on paralettes, 15 cal row.
Finished 5th round and a few boys were still working so decided to do a 6th round

RX’d using rower (2 x 45# plates for 8″ deficit)
1:49/2:40/3:01/3:28/2:41* (13:39 TWT)
*extra 1 minute rest before round 5 waiting for D-Ball
Progressively longer rounds were mostly attributed to HSPUs taking longer

Used 4″ deficit for HSPU’s. Rounds 1 and 2 were with 150# D-ball. Rounds 3 to 5 were with 125# D-ball. HSPUs were definitely the slowing down in the last couple of rounds.
Fun to do this with the Crew at Open Gym!
