It’s about a 4 minute PR for me from when I did this a year ago. I’m very happy. 😊

2:21 RX’d – touch and go stopped after 11
4:34 at 65# for my first go at Grace.
3:15 at 75#. Heavier next time.
This is my favourite CrossFit WOD and the first time I’ve done it rx’d since my thoracic/arm injury. It’s also 3 months ahead of my goal for being able to do it rx’d again.
Only 6 seconds off my PR. I was surprised and so happy with this time since I didn’t have any expectations beyond just doing it.
Thanks Michelle. You give the best motivating speeches! Thanks for the push at end everyone. Best part of being the last one done is the cheering section!
And thanks Brett for the programming! Maybe Double Grace in a couple weeks????
